Emma Roberts, the niece of actress Julia Roberts, opened up about the downfalls of being born into a famous family during an interview with Flaunt magazine earlier this week. <\/p>\nRoberts was excluded by New York Magazine amid their explosive \u201cNepo Baby\u201d discourse.<\/p>\n
\u201cShould I be offended?\u201d<\/i> She laughs when asked about it. \u201cIt was a cheap shot to put all the celebrity kids on the cover of a magazine on babies\u2019 bodies. It\u2019s like maybe the \u2018Nepo Baby\u2019 conversation would\u2019ve been a more interesting article written intelligently in Vanity Fair with nuance, but instead, it was kind of this viral hating-on-people thing.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve lost more jobs than I\u2019ve gained from being in the business,\u201d<\/b><\/i> Roberts says. \u201cPeople have opinions and sometimes maybe they\u2019re not good opinions of people in your family. I\u2019ve never gotten a job because of it, I know I definitely have lost a couple of jobs because of it.\u201d<\/i>
