The ‘Smile’ hitmaker recently launched an account on the adults-only platform, where users can pay \u00a38 a month to access photographs of her feet, and she’s relished taking back control after being “sexualised” by people from a “very young age”.<\/p>\n
The 39-year-old star said on the latest episode of her ‘Miss Me?’ podcast: “I’m finding this actually quite empowering.<\/p>\n
“Having been very sexualised from a very early age, and literally everybody else in the process profiting from that sexualisation, it’s actually really fun to be like, in power and in control of something that I find so silly.”<\/p>\n
But Lily insisted she doesn’t feel her photos are “sexual”.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “I don’t feel like it is sexual – how it is received is another thing altogether.”<\/p>\n
\nThe ‘Dreamland’ actress enjoys the “power element” of her new endeavour, and she has the full support of her husband, ‘Stranger Things’ star David Harbour.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “He thinks it’s great. At first he was, like, not turned on, but he was like, ‘Is this a kink for you?’<\/p>\n
\n“And I was like, ‘No, it’s totally not a kink’. But maybe there’s something in the power element of it that’s slightly kinky for me.<\/p>\n
\n“I’m having my day in the sun.”<\/p>\n
\nLily – who has daughters Ethel, 13, and 11-year-old Marnie with her ex-husband Sam Cooper -set up her account on the subscription site shortly after she claimed she had been told she could “make a lot of money selling foot content” after finding out her feet had been “rated quite highly on the internet”.<\/p>\n
\nShe said on her ‘Miss Me?’ podcast: “I have a lady who comes and does my nails and they informed me that I have five stars on WikiFeet, which is quite rare.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
