From vibrant colors to high-fashion branded two-pieces \u2014 yes, we\u2019re referencing her Dior bikinis \u2014 the actress shows off her style while at the beach or pool. While she loves to have some fun in the sun, the\u00a0Shake It Up<\/i> alum hasn\u2019t always been a total confident queen<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThis was taken at the end of 2016?-2017?\u201d she told Instagram followers<\/a> in January 2019 when sharing a photo of herself in a bathing suit. \u201c2018 was about getting my health back. \u2026 This is what I look like when I\u2019m stressed. \u2026 When I\u2019m stressed, it\u2019s hard for me to work up an appetite. \u2026 I\u2019m all about being yourself loving your body<\/a> yada yada but these photos they make me not love anything about it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The actress went on to share that she\u2019s \u201calso proud\u201d of how far she\u2019s come<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m so f\u2013king proud because this year I gained all my weight back and more !!!!\u201d Bella shared. \u201cAnd I feel good, but I do feel like I need to get back in the gym so I can be healthier in general. Eating the right things (double quarter pounders not included) so my body has the energy it needs to keep moving forward \u2026 keep moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n Since she\u2019s gotten older, Bella has started to prioritize her self-care routines.<\/p>\n \u201cI also have a list of all the self-care I need to do. I\u2019m so tired of letting work give me an excuse to not take care of myself,\u201d the Midnight Sun<\/em> star explained to\u00a0Vogue<\/em>\u00a0<\/a>U.K.<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>in April 2021. \u201cSo I have two meetings with therapists this week to see which one I feel more comfortable with. The other self-care is eating better because I am a terrible eater. And taking care of my body by getting out in the sun more.
