More than one year after his hospitalization, Jamie Foxx<\/strong><\/a> shared new details of his health scare.<\/p>\n

Foxx, 56, was spotted telling a group of people in Phoenix that he had a \u201cbad headache\u201d on April 11, 2023, which led to him asking his \u201cboy for Advil.\u201d<\/p>\n

While telling the story, Foxx snapped his fingers. \u201cI was gone for 20 days,\u201d he said, per footage shared via The Art of Dialogue on X<\/a>. \u201cI don\u2019t remember anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

While in Atlanta, Foxx explained his sister and his daughter took him to \u201cthe first doctor.\u201d He proceeded to go to another doctor, who told him, \u201cThere\u2019s something going on up there.\u201d Foxx pointed to his head as he recalled the events.<\/p>\n

\u201cI won\u2019t say it on camera,\u201d Foxx added as he gave a glance to the person recording the interaction. \u201cYeah, I don\u2019t want to say it on camera. But it was \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Foxx trailed off as he shrugged his shoulders.<\/p>\n

In April 2023, his daughter Corinne Foxx<\/strong> revealed that the actor underwent a \u201cmedical complication.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cLuckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,\u201d read her statement. \u201cWe know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Months later, a source exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> that Jamie was recovering from his health scare<\/a>. \u201cJamie is doing so much better and he\u2019s starting to feel like himself again. He\u2019s not 100 percent and is still taking things easy, but he\u2019s definitely on the road to recovery,\u201d the insider said in July 2023.<\/p>\n
