\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Jonathan N\u00f8rm\u00f8lle<\/strong><\/a> is making some claims about what really happened in the Netflix series Owning Manhattan<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n The new real estate show follows former Million Dollar Listing: New York<\/em> star Ryan Serhant<\/strong><\/a> as he leads his own firm. At the end of season one, Jonathan <\/strong>gets fired for a whole list of reasons, including tarnishing the brand\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n Now, Jonathan <\/strong>is claiming that he actually orchestrated his firing and that it was his secret plan all along.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI had a plan because I was under contract with Ryan and all the sponsorships,\u201d Jonathan<\/strong> told DailyMail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe only way I could get out of those contracts was if I got Ryan <\/strong>mad enough for him to fire me,\u201d he continued. \u201cAnd the only way I could do that is by saying all these things like; Ryan <\/strong>had done nothing when he was my age, whereas I have been on Forbes under 30. I made my first $100 million my first year in real estate. I was on the cover of Downtown Magazine<\/em>, I was Rookie of the Year and I won most influential broker at Broker of the Year Awards.\u201d<\/p>\n Jonathan <\/strong>added, \u201cI went in on Ryan with all these things and he got upset enough to fire me on TV \u2013 and instantly these contracts were completely void.\u201d<\/p>\n Jonathan <\/strong>even claims that Ryan<\/strong> had to beg him to be part of the show in the first place. <\/p>\n \u201cRyan <\/strong>reached out to me twice,\u201d he said. \u201cI said no, twice. Every time he called there was a little more incentive.
