One Tree Hill<\/em><\/a> alum Shantel VanSanten<\/strong><\/a> and Hallmark\u2019s Victor Webster<\/strong> have finalized their divorce, which includes a custody arrangement for their pets with late fees.<\/p>\n

Per court documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/em>, VanSanten (who is also known for starring on The Boys<\/em> and FBI<\/em>) and Webster reached a settlement in mediation and have made a plan for their furry friends<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Webster will have custody of their dog, Nova, but VanSanten will be able to visit with the pooch for extended periods of time. When VanSanten has the dog, she\u2019s required to share updates about Nova\u2019s location. If she takes Nova for longer than three weeks, VanSanten has to pay Webster $10,000 per day that the dog is not returned.<\/p>\n

As for the twosome\u2019s cats, Finnegan and Phillippa are in the custody of his brother, Vince<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tIt wasn\u2019t happily ever after for Shantel VanSanten and Victor Webster. After meeting on the set of Love Blossom \u2014 a Hallmark Channel movie that followed VanSanten\u2019s character working with Webster\u2019s character to meet a production deadline for a new perfume following the death of her father \u2014 the duo became friends. They later struck [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

They also reached a split agreement for their finances, including the sale of their Los Angeles home. VanSanten, however, will pay $25,000 to equalize the split. Neither VanSanten or Webster will receive spousal support.<\/p>\n

VanSanten and Webster, who met on the set of the Hallmark Channel movie Love Blossoms<\/em> in 2017, got engaged in February 2021.<\/p>\n
