The \u2018Cry Me a River\u2019 singer, 43, was pulled over almost two weeks ago in Sag Harbor, New York, and charged with one count of driving while under the influence and two citations for allegedly running a stop sign and failure to stay in lane.<\/p>\n
He told the crowd at TD Garden in Boston on Saturday (29.06.24): \u201cSo uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving and\u2026 no I\u2019m just kidding.\u201d<\/p>\n
Justin\u2019s remark was captured in fan footage of his gig shared on X.<\/p>\n
\u2018The Social Network\u2019 singer was on the latest stop of his \u2018Forget Tomorrow World Tour\u2019 when he alluded to his June 18 DWI arrest.<\/p>\n
\nAfter the audience erupted in laughter, the \u2018SexyBack\u201d singer continued: \u201cIs there anyone here tonight, that it\u2019s your first time here to the show? Is there anybody here that you\u2019ve been to one, two, three, maybe four of our shows?<\/p>\n
\n\u201cFor all of you that it\u2019s your first time tonight \u2013 on a serious note \u2013 I hope that you feel the fellowship and the love.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAccording to an arrest report in Justin\u2019s DWI case, an officer said they saw the performer \u201cfail to keep on the right side of the roadway\u201d and drive through a stop sign. <\/p>\n
\nAfter a traffic stop, the cop claimed the singer \u201cperformed poorly on all standardised field sobriety tests.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nPage Six was also told he repeatedly refused to take a breathalyser test.<\/p>\n
\nThe arrest report also states the singer told authorities: \u201cI had one martini and I followed my friends home.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJustin\u2019s next court date in the case is 26 July, but he is not required to attend in person. <\/p>\n
\nAfter his arrest, the singer\u2019s attorney Edward Burke Jr said: \u201cMr Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr Timberlake against these allegations. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cHe will have a lot to say at the appropriate time. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA\u2019s office.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
