Yet another source close to Gaga refuted this, saying, \u201cthat convo never happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The primary reason for severing ties, according to a source speaking to Page Six, was indeed the assault allegations against Combs.<\/p>\n<p>Combs was a long-standing client of GSM&amp;S, having been with the firm for over 20 years.
