\u201cThe audition for that went so bad,\u201d Powell added. \u201cI was bummed out when that did not work out. I so thought I was going to get that.\u201d<\/p>\n
Porter speculated that Powell was \u201ctoo young,\u201d for the role, explaining that he was in his mid-20s when cast as Jason Street.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou were actually in high school and they didn\u2019t like to cast people in high school unless\u2026 Jesse Plemons<\/strong> (Landry Clarke) was the exception,\u201d Porter added.<\/p>\nPowell shouldn\u2019t get too down about the rejection.
