In 2019, Jessica, 42, was humiliated by Justin when he was snapped getting handsy with his Palmer<\/em> costar Alisha Wainwright<\/strong> during a boozy night out in New Orleans.<\/p>\n \u201cI drank way too much that night and regret my behavior,\u201d the 43-year-old conceded, adding, \u201cI apologize to my amazing wife and family.\u201d<\/p>\n His latest screwup \u2014 he was pulled over in New York\u2019s swanky Hamptons for running a stop sign and swerving, and then \u201cperformed poorly\u201d on a field sobriety test, per the criminal complaint \u2014 \u201cis embarrassing for her,\u201d says the source. (He pled not guilty.) \u201cShe\u2019s stood by him for so long. It\u2019s one thing to sit back with friends over a drink. It\u2019s another to consume so much alcohol that you\u2019re DWI bait.\u201d<\/p>\n Adds the source, \u201cIt\u2019s already been tough on their marriage<\/a> with Justin on tour, having to rely on FaceTime to stay connected.
