After all, his music is legendary and helped to catapult him into his spectacular acting career.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t actually know what Smith will be performing. His most recent performance was a cameo with J Balvin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/04\/coachella-surprise-guests-2024-weekend-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">at Coachella<\/a> back in April. And it was also not spontaneous or out-of-the-blue. Chris Rock had, and not for the first time, seemed to show an apparent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/03\/its-not-jada-pinkett-smiths-fault-that-chris-rock-is-so-obsessed-with-her\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unhealthy obsession with Jada Pinkett Smith<\/a>. This time, poking fun at her hair loss.<\/p>\n<p>The reactions were divided. They are also not strangers. These were two extremely famous millionaire adults who have known each other for decades. This is not a comeback because his career is doing just fine.<\/p>\n<p>The same month as the BET Awards, <em>Bad Boys: Ride or Die<\/em> released in theaters and raked in 9 figures at the box office. Yes, that\u2019s the film where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/06\/will-smith-slapped-on-screen-returns-to-box-office-dominance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Will Smith gets slapped on screen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s not allowed at the Oscars for years to come. But that won\u2019t stop Smith from making extremely successful films \u2014 or music. Or from attending other awards shows.
