Summer House<\/em><\/a> star Danielle Olivera<\/strong><\/a> wasn\u2019t a big fan of some of Paige DeSorbo\u2019s<\/strong> comments about her during the season 8 reunion<\/a>, and the Bravo star exclusively tells Life & Style<\/em> why the fashion influencer\u2019s remarks affected her.<\/p>\n \u201cObviously, there was a lot of tension around that, and I did want to speak my piece, but there was an argumentative style that you can\u2019t get your point too much across,\u201d Danielle, 35, explains. \u201cI could have handled it better, but it was just so upsetting.\u201d<\/p>\n Paige, 31, became a fan favorite after several quips during confessionals throughout Summer House<\/em> season 8, but Danielle reveals her costar\u2019s comments about her position as a CEO for a fashion app she developed were still hurtful, despite getting laughs from viewers.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s fair to discredit someone even if you think it\u2019s funny,\u201d Danielle shares. \u201cShe is funny. I\u2019m not going to knock her for anything like that. She\u2019s a very funny person and very successful in her own right, but we can all be successful and support each other. I just didn\u2019t feel that from her.\u201d<\/p>\n As for the entrepreneurial spirit that led Danielle to create her own app, the New York native says she doesn\u2019t think anyone actually goes to \u201cCEO school.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou just kind of take the plunge, you risk it all, and you hope it works out and you do the best that you can for yourself and your team and the people that are using your product,\u201d Danielle says. \u201cThat\u2019s what I believe I\u2019m doing. I\u2019m a founder and CEO. Sorry you don\u2019t like to hear it.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite Danielle\u2019s impressive resume, the reality TV star admits that she still had some previous insecurities about certain things.<\/p>\n \u201cI had a massive insecurity about my arms, basically since college,\u201d Danielle confesses. \u201cBeing on reality TV doesn\u2019t help at all.\u201d<\/p>\n Danielle says that even though she worked at trying to tone her arms, she still wasn\u2019t getting the results she wanted, which is what led her to try AirSculpt<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m 35 and some parts of my body are just not changing or doing what they once used to. So, it just seemed like the best fit for me, especially because I have been thinking about my arms for so long, and it was just the right fit,\u201d the Bravolebrity<\/a> explains.<\/p>\n Danielle says the procedure left her feeling more \u201cconfident\u201d in her body and has allowed her to \u201cwear things [she] wasn\u2019t wearing before.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Danielle\u2019s insecurities weren\u2019t getting in the way of her chance at love in the Hamptons during Summer House<\/em> season 8. She previously opened up to Life & Style<\/em> about her relationship with Joe Mock<\/strong><\/a>, aka Balloon Guy Joe, and gave fans an update on their status after the cameras stopped rolling.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s so wonderful. I really, really do like him,\u201d Danielle said. \u201cWe have been on dates and we do enjoy each other\u2019s company. Right now, [with] our schedules and timing and everything like that, I think that it\u2019s just best to just be friends and casual.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
