FuboTV was down during the World Cup, preventing users from watching the entire semifinal between France and Morocco. According to FuboTV spokesperson Jennifer Press, the ongoing outage stems from a \u201ccyber-related incident.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
FuboTV\u2019s status page<\/a> indicates that the service is still down and has been experiencing issues<\/a> since around 9:20AM ET, affecting both account creation and management as well as streaming. When I try to open the FuboTV app on my TV, the service displays an endless loading screen. In an update posted at 6PM ET, FuboTV says it\u2019s \u201cbeginning to see some recovery to the ongoing issue.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cFuboTV has been experiencing issues with customer access, which are not related to any technical issues on the Fubo side but are a result of a cyber related incident,\u201d Press says. \u201cWe are currently investigating and diligently working to restore access to our platform as soon as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The game between France and Morocco started at 2PM ET, and the outage caused subscribers to miss out on the whole game. As FuboTV is one of the few streaming services that offer access to the World Cup, many users only subscribed to the service for that very reason (myself included). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cApologies to customers who are having issues with the France vs Morocco game. We are addressing the issue.\u201d FuboTV wrote on Twitter<\/a> during the match.
