For many years now.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (MTV)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 id=\"h-amber-portwood-s-missing-fiance-found-spotted-900-miles-away-from-home\">Amber Portwood\u2019s Missing Fianc\u00e9 Found: Spotted 900 Miles Away From Home <\/h2>\n<p>Now, this story has become a bit confusing, but here\u2019s the latest that we can share. <\/p>\n<p>On June 11, MTV star Amber Portwood  reported her fianc\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/06\/amber-portwood-please-pray-for-my-missing-finance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gary Wayt missing<\/a> in North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>On that same day, footage was taken of Gary placing him 900 miles away from his NC resident. <\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etonline.com\/amber-portwoods-missing-fiance-gary-wayt-spotted-in-oklahoma-227425\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">statement to <em>ET<\/em><\/a><em>,<\/em> a spokesperson for the Bryson City Police Department in North Carolina explained, \u201cGary was seen on camera in a Verizon store in Oklahoma\u201d on June 11. From there, \u201cit seems he headed toward New Mexico when the tag readers picked up his car there,\u201d the spokesperson added.<\/p>\n<p>But seeing Gary is not the same as Gary being found. Fans aren\u2019t sure if she\u2019s kept her promise.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (MTV)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 id=\"h-is-gary-missing-or-just-leaving-amber\">Is Gary Missing Or Just Leaving Amber?<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cAmber stated she and Gary were having an argument and Gary picked up his car keys and wallet and walked out the door and drove off in a 2009 Nissan Rouge gray in color,\u201d a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/entertainment\/11610232\/amber-portwood-cops-gary-wayt-argued-missing-wedding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">statement<\/a>\u00a0the police gave to reporters read.<\/p>\n<p>While Amber is \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/06\/amber-portwood-fiance-missing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">devastated<\/a>,\u201d it remains unclear what the pair fought about and why he\u2019s been unreachable ever since. Reportedly, he has not spoken to Amber or any member of his family since he left.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So, this likely means he\u2019s turned himself in to police to call of the search.
