Stephen \u2019tWitch\u2019 Boss<\/a>\u2019 cause of death has been revealed<\/a>. The late choreographer, who was famous for his charming and witty personality as\u00a0The Ellen DeGeneres Show<\/i><\/a>\u2019s former DJ, died by suicide<\/a>, Life & Style<\/i>\u00a0can confirm. <\/span><\/p>\n As detailed by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner, the popular dancer died as the result of a gunshot wound to the head. The case is now closed.<\/p>\n Boss\u2019 wife,\u00a0Allison Holker<\/b><\/a>, informed the Los Angeles Police Department on Tuesday, December 13, that her husband had left their home without his car, noting that this was strange behavior for him. Shortly afterward, a local L.A. hotel\/motel called paramedics, where Boss was discovered deceased with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The late\u00a0Step Up: All In<\/i>\u00a0star<\/a> was pronounced dead at the scene.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n On Wednesday, December 14, Life & Style<\/i>\u00a0confirmed that Boss died at the age of 40. He was a father of two children, Maddox and Zaia<\/a>, whom he shared with Allison. Boss was also a stepfather to Holker\u2019s eldest daughter, Weslie, from a previously relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband, Stephen, has left us,\u201d Holker, 34, said in a statement to\u00a0People<\/i><\/a>. \u201cStephen lit up every room he stepped into.
