Lesa Milan<\/strong> <\/a>was ready to give costar Caroline Stanbury<\/strong> <\/a>a second chance after their The Real Housewives of Dubai<\/a> <\/i>season 1 feud, but it appears any reconciliation was short-lived.<\/p>\n

\u201cA snake may change her skin, but they\u2019ll always be a snake,\u201d Lesa, 35, exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i>on Tuesday, June 11, when asked where she stands with Caroline, 48.<\/p>\n

Lesa had been eager to reconcile with Caroline when season 2 resumed filming.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t really like conflict. I know that sounds crazy, but I genuinely don\u2019t like conflict,\u201d she told Us<\/i>. \u201cSo after reunion, I felt like a conversation between Stanbury and I needed to happen and she did apologize to me. And so I went in initially like, \u2018OK, if you say you\u2019re sorry, I\u2019m going to take it for what it is until you prove otherwise.\u2019 That\u2019s pretty much what happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lesa also found it surprising that Caroline gained an ally<\/a> in costar Chanel Ayan<\/strong>, who is one of Lesa\u2019s good pals.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt did take me by surprise in some ways more than others, but I think, overall, I\u2019m not buying into it. That\u2019s the only thing,\u201d Lesa said. \u201cBut I\u2019m here to tune in just like the rest of you guys because I feel like there were a lot of things that I didn\u2019t see because I\u2019m not in all the scenes. I\u2019m not always with them. And so, I\u2019m looking forward to seeing how this whole thing plays out.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Lesa, she questioned Chanel, 46, and Caroline\u2019s true intentions because \u201cthey never liked each other\u201d in the past.<\/p>\n

\u201cI get it, people can move on, but Ayan always told me that they weren\u2019t really friends<\/a> at the time,\u201d Lesa said on Tuesday. \u201cMaybe since we haven\u2019t been friends, they\u2019ve probably grown closer. I don\u2019t know; I\u2019m on the outside looking in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lesa further stressed out that she is \u201cabsolutely not\u201d jealous to see Chanel and Caroline growing closer.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m friends with all the girls and I\u2019m not one of those friends that\u2019s super possessive and territorial \u2014 Ayan is,\u201d Lesa said. \u201cI mean, I never saw it as something that was genuine [and] I never saw it as something that was going to become anything. So, there was no room and space for me to be jealous.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lesa once thought of Chanel as her best friend, expecting the \u201csame loyalty\u201d in return when it came to her drama with Caroline.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never [said,] \u2018You can only be friends with me.\u2019 We\u2019re a friend group. We all hang in the same circle. We all go to the same parties, but we were best friends,\u201d Lesa said. \u201cI think for me, naturally, because my loyalty was to her, which is what caused the whole thing with Stanbury in season 1, I just expected that same loyalty and I didn\u2019t get it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chanel previously told Us <\/i>last month that she was \u201cbroken-hearted\u201d to be feuding with Lesa.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m upset because there was so much love in our relationship. I don\u2019t throw friends away,\u201d Chanel exclusively told Us<\/i> in May. \u201cFor me, friends are like family. You know what I mean? She is my family. You know what I mean? So there\u2019s a lot of love there and when you watch everything play out this season, it\u2019ll make sense where we are.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lesa, meanwhile, doesn\u2019t buy Chanel\u2019s remarks.<\/p>\n
