When Slack CEO Denise Dresser<\/a> was handed the reins<\/a> last November, she was the third CEO in less than a year at the enterprise communications company. That kind of upheaval presents its own set of difficulties. Prior to joining Salesforce she worked at Arthur Andersen and later at Oracle. That\u2019s a lot of enterprise expertise she brings to the table.<\/p>\n In an interview with TechCrunch in March<\/a>, she described her leadership approach:<\/p>\n I ask a lot of questions, and I definitely am an accountant at heart,\u201d she said. \u201cSo I like to be organized and I\u2019ll continue that on, but it\u2019s not like it\u2019s a big pull.
