Rita<\/a> reports that Ma returned to China after a year of uncertainty<\/a> that included China \u201ctrying to voice support for the private sector following a years-long crackdown on the tech industry, including shelving the IPO plans of Ant Group<\/a>, the fintech affiliate of Alibaba.
