The 49-year-old actress-and-director enjoys taking little Santiago \u2013 who she has with husband Jose \u2018Pepe\u2019 Baston \u2013 to work with her and he is already very familiar with the language used in TV and film production.<\/p>\n
She told Britain\u2019s HELLO! magazine: \u201cHe has been on every set I have been on.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I direct, he is right there. When I act or produce, he is there.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe knows how to shout \u2018Action!\u2019 and \u2018Cut!\u2019<\/p>\n
\n\u201cHe loves it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe \u2018Land of Women\u2019 star has been busy with various acting projects of late but is looking forward to getting behind the camera again soon.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cRight now, I am doing a lot in front of the camera.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI really want to direct again, but I can\u2019t forget that I am an actor as well.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nEva became a household name playing Gabrielle Solis in \u2018Desperate Housewives\u2019 and she\u2019s thankful fame came relatively late in life for her.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI was older when I became favour \u2013 almost 30 \u2013 so I had a deep understanding of who I was.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIf you don\u2019t and if it comes too young, it can define you. You have to really remember who you are.!<\/p>\n
\nThe brunette beauty and her castmates are planning a \u201cspecial reunion\u201d to mark 20 years of \u2018Desperate Housewives\u2019.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cIt doesn\u2019t feel like 20 years.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI learnt so much making that show and I still miss it.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI miss everyone on Wisteria Lane and I miss playing Gaby.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe\u2019re going to do a special reunion to mark the 20 years, so that will be fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
