We lift weights for two hours daily and do 5 or 6 days a week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The California native explained that her initial goal \u201cwas to gain muscle and be strong\u201d \u2014 and she\u2019s seeing results. \u201cI see such a difference already,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI\u2019m proud of our commitment together. It always starts with small goals \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3264631\" style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<div class=\"ratio-based-placeholder\" style=\"padding-bottom:100%;\"><\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"caption\"><br \/>\n Kim Kardashian<\/span> <span class=\"credit\">Kim Kardashian<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kardashian donned a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/stylish\/pictures\/celebrities-wearing-kim-kardashians-skims-shapewear-pics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">black sports bra and matching leggings<\/a> while giving fans a glimpse of how she spends her time in the gym. She began in a \u201csplit stance\u201d before going on to show lateral squats using a band around her thighs. The reality star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/kim-kardashian-posts-cryptic-quote-after-met-gala-weight-loss-criticism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">held a 40-pound weight<\/a>, noting that she does four sets of squats on each side.<\/p>\n<p>As her workout continued, the <em>Selfish<\/em> author demonstrated a kneeling squat with the same 40-pound weight. She later admitted that she\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-body\/news\/kim-kardashian-compares-met-gala-weight-loss-to-method-acting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">not always looking forward<\/a> to some of the exercises.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHeels elevated banded goblet squats to seat with a 20 lb weight,\u201d she captioned a clip of herself executing the move. \u201cThis exercise is one of my least favorites but you gotta push through even when you don\u2019t want to and I\u2019m scared of @senada.greca \ud83d\ude02.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span\/><\/p>\n<p>In her final Instagram Story from her workout, Kardashian focused on her triceps and deltoids.
