Ahead of the opening night of the UK leg of the 34-year-old superstar’s ‘Eras World Tour’, which kicks off at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on Friday night (07.06.24), her peers have been speaking out on her domination. <\/p>\n
Lana, 38 – who teamed up with Taylor on the 2022 track ‘Snow On The Beach – has revealed the ‘All Too Well’ hitmaker told her she has always wanted to be the biggest star on the planet.<\/p>\n
The ‘Video Games’ hitmaker told BBC News: \u201cShe wants it.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe\u2019s told me so many times that she wants it more than anyone. And how amazing – she\u2019s getting exactly what she wants.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe\u2019s driven, and I think it\u2019s really paid off.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n‘Escapism’ hitmaker Raye, 26, said: \u201cShe is just one of those rare timeless artists who gets it right every time.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe\u2019s an absolute powerhouse.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nScottish singer-songwriter KT Tunstall, 48, praised the Grammy winner for having the ” chutzpah to be the boss of an enormous machine.”<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cShe\u2019s such a fantastic role model.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe\u2019s got the resilience and the chutzpah to be the boss of an enormous machine, employing thousands of people. To be able to handle that and handle what\u2019s coming at her publicly, you\u2019ve just got to be a one-off.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, amid her hectic schedule, Taylor took the time to watch her close pal, Cara Delevingne, perform in ‘Cabaret’ in London.<\/p>\n
\nThe 31-year-old actress and model – who ends her stint as Sally Bowles on Saturday (08.06.24) – shared a snap of the pair sharing a hug in her dressing room at the Kit Kat Club at the Playhouse.<\/p>\n
\nShe captioned her Instagram carousel: “Oh Cabaret\u2026. I will never be able to express how I truly feel. I wanted to give myself a few days to grasp the journey I have been through in the last couple of months, but my heart and brain are still buzzing. My world has been completely turned upside down by this experience. I am not sure where I begin and Sally Bowles ends and I am okay with that\u2026 this show is unlike anything else and what makes it so special is all the people involved. Thank you for all the support, laughs, tears and memories that I will never forget. I love you. I can definitely say I have been infected with the bug\u2026 mothertucker I\u2019m ILL! I need to get back on a stage STAT. Also can someone please tell me if the songs will ever stop playing in a loop in a head? (sic)”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
