Adam Levine<\/a> is coming back to <\/span>The Voice<\/em><\/a>!<\/span><\/p>\n The Maroon 5 frontman — who departed the NBC singing competition in 2019 after 16 seasons — will be back for season 27, which will premiere in spring 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Levine will join returning coaches <\/span>John Legend<\/a> and <\/span>Michael Bubl\u00e9<\/a> — who will make his coaching debut in season 26 later this year — as well as first-time coach <\/span>Kelsea Ballerini<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Though this will be her first season as an official, full-time coach, Ballerini has plenty of <\/span>Voice<\/span><\/em> experience. She hosted the since-discontinued “Comeback Stage” in season 15, served as <\/span>Kelly Clarkson’s<\/a> celebrity mentor in season 16, and <\/span>filled in for Clarkson<\/a> during the talk show host’s brief absence during season 20.<\/span><\/p>\n Levine was one of <\/span>The Voice’s<\/span><\/em> original four coaches when the show premiered in April 2011, joining <\/span>Blake Shelton<\/a>, <\/span>CeeLo Green<\/a> and <\/span>Christina Aguilera<\/a>. He remained on the show for the 16 seasons — winning season 1 with Javier Colon, season 5 with Tessanne Chin, and season 9 with Jordan Smith.<\/span><\/p>\n Before Levine’s return, however, <\/span>Gwen Stefani<\/a> is making her <\/span>Voice<\/span><\/em> comeback in season 26, joining\u00a0Bubl\u00e9, <\/span>Reba McEntire<\/a>, and another first-time coach: <\/span>Snoop Dogg<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n ET spoke with McEntire ahead of the season 25 live shows, where she shared her reaction to <\/span>next season’s revamped coaching panel<\/a>, saying\u00a0she’s “thrilled to pieces” about the new additions<\/span><\/p>\n “I know both of them, they’re funny, they’re great, they love music, they’re easy to get along with, and we’re gonna have a blast,” McEntire told ET of Bubl\u00e9 and Snoop. “Gwen and I can’t wait.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
