It seems like every hotel wants to be different<\/em> this week \u2014 and by that, I mean an entirely different brand.<\/p>\n

Over the last few days, we’ve seen a handful of beloved hotels change flags, and now we know of another: The iconic Arizona Biltmore<\/a> has removed its Waldorf Astoria flag and quietly converted to Hilton’s LXR brand.<\/p>\n

Recently, rumors were swirling that a shake-up was coming to the Arizona Biltmore, including the idea that the property might be leaving Hilton for good.<\/p>\n

Now, the hotel \u2014 which dates back to 1929 \u2014 has swapped its branding online, confirming the change, though Hilton has yet to release an official statement.<\/p>\n
