Now that\u2019s some Gossip, GIRL!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/slideshows\/18-actors-who-love-to-rock-out\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Taylor Momsen has been making headlines<\/a> for her music performances since she was much younger. Young enough that her fan base was much creepier.<\/p>\n<p>This time, however, it\u2019s not the <em>Gossip Girl<\/em> alum\u2019s planned performance that\u2019s raising eyebrows.<\/p>\n<p>A very <em>unplanned<\/em> guest star crashed the stage. At first, she didn\u2019t even realize that it was there.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see in the videos that Taylor Momsen posted to her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C7oYm4QoueC\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a>, audience members noticed before she did.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/C7oYm4QoueC\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>Soon, however, Momsen was asking crew members for help. There was, after all, a bat clinging to her thigh.<\/p>\n<p>Soon, the bat flew off.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI must really be a witch,\u201d Taylor Momsen joked to the audience about the bat visit. She had been performing the song, \u201cWitches Burn,\u201d during the incident. Though not all wild animal bites involve rabies (in fact, biting can be a normal panic response in a small, disoriented mammal), it is an important precaution.<\/p>\n<p>Wild bats seldom want to land on humans, let alone bite us. Bats want to eat insects or fruit while avoiding predators. Humans are apex predators that dwarf the small, flying mammals.<\/p>\n<p>Rabies <em>could <\/em>drive a wild animal to approach a human and bite. She also gave a shoutout to the crew.<\/p>\n<p>Taking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C7sFjz5oGxH\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a>, she acknowledged the AC\/DC stage crew (she has been opening for their show) for their sense of humor. The crew had put up a \u201cno bats\u201d sign.<\/p>\n<p>That won\u2019t stop the bat unless it can read. But it certainly brought a smile to Taylor Momsen\u2019s face.
