Is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2019\/12\/michelle-williams-pregnant-engaged\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Michelle Williams<\/a> even returning for the last movie?<\/p>\n<p>Or has she been \u2013 GASP- replaced?!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-venom-the-last-dance-trailer-watch-tom-hardy-s-final-turn-as-symbiote-villain\">\u2018Venom: The Last Dance\u2019 Trailer: Watch Tom Hardy\u2019s Final Turn As Symbiote Villain<\/h2>\n<p>All good things must come to an end, and after a decade of playing the brain-eating, symbiote villain Venom from the Spider-Man comics, Tom Hardy\u2019s taking his final bow as Eddie Brock.<\/p>\n<p>The trailer for <em>Venom<\/em> 3 dropped on Monday, June 3, proves that fans will get everything they\u2019ve come to love about the franchise. More than that, fans will get something they\u2019ve been clamoring for: more aliens!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"VENOM: THE LAST DANCE \u2013 Official Trailer (HD)\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/__2bjWbetsA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEddie and Venom are on the run,\u201d read the movie\u2019s logline. \u201cHunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie\u2019s last dance.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-venom-3-s-cast-brand-new-faces-but-where-s-michelle-williams\">\u2018Venom 3\u2019s Cast: Brand New Faces, But Where\u2019s Michelle Williams?<\/h2>\n<p>In the trailer, we meet all the brand new characters joining the franchise. <\/p>\n<p>Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor join the fold as scientists hell bent on stopping the alien invasion, with a specific interest in Eddie and Venom.  We also see the return of Mrs. Chen, played by Peggy Lu. <\/p>\n<p>But you know who you don\u2019t see? Anne Weying. You know, Michelle Williams\u2019 character. <\/p>\n<p>Anne Weying is a pretty important person in Eddie\/Venom\u2019s life. Not only is she Eddie\u2019s ex, but in the sequel, <em>Venom: Let There Be Carnage<\/em>\u00a0, she actually morphed into She-Venom. <\/p>\n<p>Are you really going to tell us that the trilogy is going to close out without her?! Well, we have some good news and bad news. <\/p>\n<p>The bad news: her name isn\u2019t anywhere to be found on the cast list. Despite the movies failing to be box-office smashes, Michelle has loved every second of being in these films. <\/p>\n<p>During a interview with<em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2022\/film\/news\/michelle-williams-greast-showman-sequel-venom-1235265137\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Variety<\/a>,<\/em> she made it clear her dearest hope is to reprise the role in\u00a0<em>Venom 3<\/em>.\u00a0\u201cI have every intention of continuing with the series,\u201d\u00a0she said. \u201cI certainly hope they bring me back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And why wouldn\u2019t they! Honestly, the best part of the last movie was the She-Venom transformation. <\/p>\n<p>The truth is, as this is the final film, some things might be being saved as a surprise.
