Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> is caring around the clock for her newborn son \u2014 but that won\u2019t stop her from squeezing some exercise in.<\/p>\n

Sharing a hilarious video to social media on Sunday, June 2, Kourtney, 45, revealed how she walks Rocky, six months, in a pram alongside her sister Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow me and @kimkardashian go on walks together \u2026 with her window down a little walk and talk,\u201d Kourtney captioned the Instagram Story<\/a> which depicted a luxurious grey vehicle being slowly driven by Kim, 43.<\/p>\n

Kourtney\u2019s pram was seen rolling alongside the wheels of Kim\u2019s car while Smokey Robinson\u2019s \u201cCruisin\u2019\u201d played in the clip\u2019s background to further set the scene.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tWhile Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker\u2019s relationship came as a surprise to many, the pair knew each other for years before their whirlwind romance. After Barker spent time with Kardashian at her mom Kris Jenner\u2019s Palm Springs, California, home in January 2021, Us Weekly confirmed that the pair were dating. \u201cKourtney and Travis are officially [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The lighthearted video came after the Kardashians<\/strong><\/a> star posted an image of Rocky\u2019s tiny foot via Instagram<\/a> just two days earlier.<\/p>\n

Kourtney shares Rocky with her husband, Travis Barker<\/strong>, and admitted on May 27 via Instagram Stories that her baby boy has \u201cnever been in his crib.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Lemme founder had been answering a fan question from a first-time mother who wrote, \u201cAny tips on a baby who only likes to be held to take a nap?\u201d<\/p>\n

Kourtney responded, \u201cEnjoy every second! We do the same. He\u2019s never been in his crib. It\u2019s my favorite thing in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star is a mom to four children, sharing sons Mason<\/a>, 14, and Reign, 9, as well as daughter, Penelope, 11, with her ex, Scott Disick<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

She opened up about her emotional journey<\/a> to fall pregnant with her fourth child via social media on Monday, May 27.<\/p>\n

Responding to an Instagram follower who shared her own struggles with IVF, Kourtney revealed she had five \u201cfailed IVF cycles\u201d and three egg retrievals before becoming pregnant with Rocky.<\/p>\n

Kourtney Kardashian was the first of Kris Jenner\u2019s children to have kids of her own. Kourtney and her now-ex Scott Disick welcomed their eldest son, Mason, in December 2009, followed by daughter Penelope three years later. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She wrote, \u201cI stopped after a year of trying (5 failed IVF cycles, 3 retrievals) my body relaxed and I believed in God\u2019s plan for my life. Lots of prayers for whatever was meant to be for us. Also lots of optimizing my health. I know how hard it is to feel like you\u2019re not trying, but believing in God\u2019s plan and saying your prayers is so powerful. All the best!\u201d<\/p>\n

The admission led fans to believe that Kourtney had conceived Rocky through IVF, however the eldest Kardashian sibling soon shared another Instagram Story to clear up the confusion.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got pregnant 100% naturally,\u201d she wrote alongside an image that revealed her blossoming baby bump while pregnant with Rocky. \u201cNOT through IVF\u2026 one year after stopping IVF actually. Through God\u2019s blessing, on Valentine\u2019s Day.\u201d<\/p>\n
