When Kendall Jenner<\/strong> <\/a>spent time with Golden Bachelor<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Gerry Turner<\/strong><\/a>, she saw something on his phone she didn\u2019t expect.<\/p>\n

During a sneak peek at an upcoming episode of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a>, Kendall, 28, was introduced to Gerry, 72, after being a fan of his onscreen search for love.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the most excited I\u2019ve been in a really long time,\u201d she tells the cameras in the clip, which aired at the end of the Thursday, May 30, episode of the reality series. \u201cMy mom pulled some strings and got Gerry to come over for dinner.\u201d<\/p>\n

The night took a turn, however, when Gerry pulled his phone out<\/a>, leading Kendall to catch a glimpse of his phone.<\/p>\n

With the episode being filmed before the first season of ABC\u2019s Golden Bachelor<\/em> <\/a>concluded, it\u2019s possible Kendall found out who he was engaged to at the time.<\/p>\n

Season 5 of The Kardashians<\/em> filmed in fall 2023, wrapping before Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong> delivered son Rocky in late October. The Golden Bachelor,<\/em> meanwhile, came to an end one month later as viewers watched Gerry propose to Theresa Nist<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

After finding love on the show, Gerry and Theresa, 70, got married earlier this year with cameras rolling. Just 90 days after their televised wedding ceremony, Gerry and Theresa shocked Bachelor Nation fans when they announced<\/a> their split.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations,\u201d Gerry said on Good Morning America on April 12. \u201cWe\u2019ve looked closely at our living situations and we\u2019ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it\u2019s time for us to dissolve our marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> broke the news that same day that Gerry filed to dissolve their marriage<\/a> in his hometown of Petersburg, Indiana. He cited an \u201cirretrievable breakdown\u201d as the reason for their divorce.<\/a><\/p>\n

Shortly before their breakup made headlines, Us<\/em> confirmed that Gerry was residing at his lake house in Indiana while Theresa stayed at her home in New Jersey. The pair shed light on their living situation during their GMA<\/em> interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe looked at homes in South Carolina, we considered New Jersey, and we just looked at homes after home,\u201d Theresa said in April. \u201cBut we never got to the point where we made that decision.\u201d<\/p>\n
