A true Hallmark hunk! Tyler Hynes<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 star power has continued to grow since he joined the Hallmark Media<\/a> family in 2018.<\/p>\n The Canadian actor first made a splash<\/a> playing reluctant bachelor bake-off contestant Zac in 2018\u2019s Falling for You<\/em> alongside Taylor Cole<\/strong><\/a>. That same year, he starred in his first holiday film for the network, It\u2019s Christmas, Eve<\/em>.<\/p>\n In the years that followed, Hynes has starred in at least two Hallmark movies per season. Some of his biggest hits include 2020\u2019s Winter in Vail<\/em> <\/a>with network superstar Lacey Chabert<\/strong><\/a> and 2021\u2019s It Was Always You<\/em> with When Calls the Heart<\/em><\/a> actress Erin Krakow<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cVery simply [it] is just the individuals, the individuals that are part of the camp as far as executives and directors and producers and actors,\u201d Hynes exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in March 2023 when asked about why he loves working for Hallmark<\/a>. \u201cEverybody is absolutely lovely. And it seems like comparatively perhaps to other places, I think it\u2019s as close as you can come to feeling like a family that is supportive.\u201d<\/p>\n The Sweet Carolina<\/em> actor continued: \u201cAnd that just sort of bookends what is an absolutely enormous pleasure, which is the people who watch these movies. I can\u2019t tell you enough about the human beings who watch these movies and how kind and lovely and wholesome and earnest and authentic they are. And I think it\u2019s a very unique place.\u201d<\/p>\n When it comes to Hynes\u2019 favorite Hallmark films, the actor pointed to 2021\u2019s It Was Always You<\/em> and An Unexpected Christmas<\/em> as two of his best projects thus far. However, 2022\u2019s Three Wise Men and a Baby<\/em><\/a>, which also stars Andrew Walker<\/strong><\/a> (who is Hynes\u2019 cousin Cassandra Troy<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s husband) and Paul Campbell<\/strong><\/a>, takes the cake.<\/p>\n \u201cThree Wise Men<\/em> just because these are, like, my actual brothers and close friends and I root for these guys like you wouldn\u2019t believe,\u201d the 19-2<\/em> alum exclusively told Us<\/em> in March 2023<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s a family and so that will always be a moment in time for us. And certainly that movie is up there, if not the top [one].\u201d<\/p>\n The On the 12th Date of Christmas<\/em> star added: \u201cAnd then It Was Always You<\/em> was a really lovely experience. The writer Kathy [Kloves]<\/strong> is somebody who\u2019s become a close friend of mine and Erin is, like, a talent and a human being like no other. So that one\u2019s certainly up there.\u201d<\/p>\n Hynes also pointed to his March 2023 movie, A Picture of Her<\/em><\/a>, as one he would watch over and over again.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery movie kind of has its own sort of learning curve and something about it that has a challenge that I sort of have to figure out and understand and [Picture of Her<\/em><\/a>] has that,\u201d he explained to Us<\/em>. \u201cIt\u2019s not complicated, but there\u2019s something watchable about it. I\u2019ve seen this movie a few times [and] there\u2019s something nice about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
