As a reminder, tickets for the U.S. Open Tennis Championships<\/a> go on sale to the general public June 1. However, American Express cardholders<\/a> can access tickets early, beginning May 28.<\/p>\n The U.S. Open Tennis Championships are held annually in New York City and are considered the crown jewel of the American tennis scene; the event is the fourth and final Grand Slam tournament of each competition year. In 2024, it will take place from Aug. 26 to Sept. 8.<\/p>\n Typically, American Express<\/a> and Chase<\/a> offer credit card holders certain perks during the tournament, including access to members-only lounges and suites<\/a>. But this year, one of those perks includes the chance to snag a seat before the general public can.<\/p>\n From May 28 at 9 a.m. EDT through June 1 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, Amex cardholders can purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster<\/a>, the official ticketing partner of the U.S. Open. However, a spokesperson could not confirm 2024 perks at the time of publication.<\/p>\n Last year, Amex offered complimentary bag check services and access to the Centurion Suite that The Platinum Card\u00ae from American Express<\/a><\/span> and Centurion<\/a> cardholders could reserve ahead of time. It also offered access to a lounge for other cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n The information for the Centurion card has been collected independently by The Points Guy.
