The jury could not reach a unanimous verdict
Lindsay Clancy killed her three young children, her defense argued that she was in postpartum psychosis, the persecution argued that she acted deliberately
The jury had been deadlocked (11-1) for days now, and Clancy’s lawyer tried everything to get one juror removed, even getting the State Supreme Court invovled
The State Supreme Court said no and now this trial is over
