Vacation Chanteuse™ Dua Lipa will have to hold off on funding future trips with lawsuit money because Samsung is unsurprisingly fighting back against her $15 million dollar lawsuit.
The company hit back with, “The image was used only after receiving explicit assurance from the content partner that permission had been secured, including for the retail boxes.”
