An Arizona couple lost a $400,000 lawsuit to get reinstated at Disneyland’s exclusive “Club 33” after being banned. NBC News Valerie Castro reports on how the couple plans to continue fighting to reinstate their passes.
-They waited 10 years on a waitlist to finally get invited to Club 33 and paid $10,000.
-Today it costs $32,000 to join Club 33. I can’t.
-Disney banned Scott Anderson because he was drunk. He claims he was not, and it was a medical issue: a migraine. He claims he only had 2 beers and half a glass of wine.
A jury sided with Disney, they plan to appeal.
