As a follow-up to The Onion Buys Info Wars, The Onion and actor/comedian Tim Heidecker have released a video under the INFORWARS name. The website is down for now but they’re planning on taking it over soon. The last Info Wars broadcast was last week. The Onion is planning to turn the website into a parody site. An appeals court in Texas has temporarily blocked transfer of assets but The Onion has worked out a leasing deal for the moment (all details are in the second source).
Alex Jones so far has not gone quietly into the night. He has started a new show (podcast?) under a different name.
