-Brandon Carr, head of Trumps FCC has once again targeted Disney over Trumps call for Jimmy Kimmel to be fired but they are hiding behind “DEI” as the reason for the investigation.
-The Federal Communications Commission has directed Walt Disney Co. to file early license renewal applications for its ABC television stations, citing an ongoing investigation, a day after President Trump called on the company to fire comedian Jimmy Kimmel. The FCC said in its order that it is investigating ABC stations for “possible violations” of the Communications Act of 1934 and the agency’s prohibition on unlawful discrimination.
