Olivia Rodrigo is ready to kick off her new album campaign.
The 23-year-old “Vampire” singer confirmed that “Drop Dead,” the first single from her upcoming record, will be released next Friday (April 17).

“‘drop dead,’ the first single from my new album, is out april 17!!! 🩷,” she captioned a photo of herself blowing a gum bubble on her Instagram.
Her next album is called you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, and will be released on June 12.
“my third album ‘you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love’ is out June 12th. I am so proud of this record and I can’t wait for you to hear it. available for preorder now! 🩷” she wrote on her Instagram last week, along with sharing the album cover, which features her swinging on a swing.
Olivia has also been posting videos of herself putting “OR” locks on fences around the world, including Los Angeles, London, Paris and Hoboken, New Jersey.
She first began teasing her new album with a purple wall in Los Angeles that slowly transitioned to the color pink over several days, as documented by fans. Her longtime producer Dan Nigro teased a photo last month suggesting that new music was on the way soon as well. Stay tuned!
