Influencer Kat Stickler opened up about going under the knife for a breast augmentation.
Stickler, 31, took to TikTok on Thursday, April 2, to open up about her figure. “I get asked about the girls a lot,” she said, showing comments she’s received asking what “push-up bra” she wears. “Like, ‘What do you do Kat?’ I work out. I eat right. And they’re fake!”
“They’re super fake guys!” Stickler said while grabbing her chest. “After breast-feeding, I was like, ‘You know what? I just wanna zhuzh it up.’ And boy, did I!”
Stickler went on to say that her breast augmentation is the “best decision” she’s “ever” made. “They’re remarkable,” she praised. “I stare at myself naked so much. I love them. I love my titties.”
The social media personality, who shares daughter Mary-Katherine “MK” with ex-husband Mike Stickler, joked that it’s actually “exhausting” to be “so attracted to yourself.”
“I don’t gatekeep and that’s the secret,” she said. “Step by step. Get a surgeon.”
Kat playfully captioned the post, “My diet consists of melons,” as fans gushed over her transparency in the comments section.

“Thank you for being transparent! That’s true sisterhood!” one wrote, while another commented, “Your honesty is so refreshing 🤗.” A third begged for more details, writing, “Can you tell us what size and profile and the deets pleaseeeee.”
Kat’s revelation comes after stars including Kylie Jenner, Simone Biles, Kristin Cavallari, Lindsay Arnold and Sami Sheen have been candid about their boob jobs.
In June 2025, Jenner, 28, was asked via social media for the exact details behind her breast augmentation after first revealing her surgery during a 2023 episode of The Kardashians. She responded to a TikTok user last summer and shared, “445cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!” Jenner also said she went to Dr. Garth Fisher.
