Gypsy Rose Blanchard is facing criticism after seemingly making light of murdering her own mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.
The 34-year-old, who was sentenced to 10 years of prison for the second-degree murder of her abusive mother, joined influencer Natalie Reynolds for a “we listen and we don’t judge” video on TikTok.
If you’re not familiar, the trend usually involves two or three people going back and forth confessing various judgement worthy offenses, vowing not to judge each other.

When it’s her turn in the video, Gypsy reveals she went to prison for 8 and a half years for offing her mother. Natalie pretends to be surprised, to which Gypsy Rose responds: “Hey, we listen, and we don’t judge!”
She later confessed that she “used to wipe my bottom with bath towels instead of toilet paper” in the video.

Gypsy Rose was released from prison in December 2023, and her mother’s murderer Nicholas Godejohn is currently serving a life sentence.
Towards the end of last year, she revealed why she’s been wearing wigs lately. She also opened up about getting cosmetic surgery, including a nose job.
