-The Real Housewives is celebrating the big 2.0. as the city that started it all….Orange County has officially hit the 20th anniversary.
-Premiering on Bravo March 21st 2006, The Real Housewives followed Vicki Gunvalson, Jeana Keough, Lauri Peterson (then Waring), Jo De La Rosa, and Kimberly Bryant as they lived their lives behind the coveted gates of Coto de Caza.
-The show was initially inspired by Desperate Housewives right down to the types of wives they were looking for with Jo being the hot young Housewife engaged to an older man.
-Real Housewives blew up and went on to spawn new cities causing RH to be renamed what we know of it as now: Real Housewives of Orange County.
-To date we’ve followed 12 different RH cities over 104 seasons. RH also has gone international spawning 32 franchises, some more successful than others.
