The Duggar family began to respond to Joseph Duggar’s arrest today, but the case has taken another turn. Arkansas news has reported that more charges against Joseph Duggar have been added and that local police have taken out a warrant to arrest his wife, Kendra Duggar.

According to local news, Joseph and Kendra Duggar are each accused of four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, as well as four counts of second-degree false imprisonment.
These charges are reportedly unrelated to the child molestation charges that Joseph Duggar faces in Florida (the post about that is here). He will be extradited to Florida to face those charges first. Kendra was apparently not home when police arrived to arrest her.
Update: Kendra was located and arrested in between this post being written and now. Per public court records, she has been released on bail.
Joseph’s sister, Jessa, posted a statement in support of Kendra earlier today, but deleted it shortly before this news broke.
