Pretty Little Liars alum Troian Bellisario is feeling confident in her skin nearly two months after giving birth to her third baby.
“Dis bissh [sic] is in a SAUNA!” Bellisario, 40, captioned a Saturday, March 14, selfie via her Instagram Stories.
In the snap, the actress-turned-director wore a plum, high-waisted one-piece with a plunging neckline. She completed her look with a pair of delicate gold necklaces and piled her wavy brunette tresses into a high bun.
Bellisario welcomed her third baby with husband Patrick J. Adams in January.
“I have three daughters now,” Adams, 44, said on The Drew Barrymore Show earlier this week. “[She was born] about a month ago, so I don’t know where I am right now.”
Adams and Bellisario, who have not publicly revealed their newborn’s name, previously welcomed daughters Aurora in 2018 and Elliot in 2021.
“[We are] having a ball,” Adams told Entertainment Tonight at the March red carpet premiere of The Madison about his growing brood. “We’re in the one-month stage where it’s diapers and no sleep and a lot of love. [There’s] a lot of cuddling and just, like, pure joy. There’s not a lot of sleep, that’s not on the docket at the moment.”
He added, “I spent my whole life around women. I have two sisters, now three daughters and it’s a very particular kind of energy being a man in that environment. I think it prepared me perfectly to play this guy [on The Madison], who is surrounded by women who he’s just trying to figure out how to take care of, how to show up for — in an environment he has no idea how to exist in.”

The two actors, who first crossed paths on set in 2009, have been married since 2016.
“You make every room you walk into light up, every face you meet smile and every heart you come across open wide,” Adams gushed of his wife via Instagram in 2020. “We’ve walked a lot of roads together and I’m grateful for every single one of them.”
Amid Adams and Bellisario’s life with Aurora and Elliot, the pair revealed late last year that they were expecting again.
“We don’t know your name yet. We don’t know your gender. We don’t know what your smile looks like or what your first laugh will do to our hearts,” Adams wrote via Instagram in November 2025 after Bellisario announced her pregnancy. “We don’t [know] what will make you laugh or cry or what food you will fall in love with first.”
He continued at the time, “We don’t know what will scare you or how you’ll learn to overcome it. We don’t know what kind of music will make you want to move or what kind of clothes you’ll reach for when your arms are strong enough to grab them. We don’t know exactly what kind of gymnastics our hearts will do when we get to hold you for the first time. We’ve been here before but we’ve never been here with you and so we really know nothing at all.”
According to Adams, all he and Bellisario knew was that “an infinite supply of love” was awaiting the little one.
“Love, laughter, tears, dance parties, lullabies and lessons,” he concluded. “We’ll show you some stuff but you will teach us everything else.”
