Nicole Kidman has revealed the one place she visits before the Oscars
The 58-year-old actress has revealed the unique way she prepares for Hollywood’s biggest night that helps to ground her.
She told Variety at the Chanel and Charles Finch pre-Oscars dinner on Saturday (14.03.26): “This is crazy but I will go to church in the morning.
“We’ll be squeezing it in…It just centers me. It’s what I do on a Sunday.”
Her daughters, Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15, whom she has with her estranged country musician husband, Keith Urban, 58, won’t be at the Oscars with their mom.
She said: “They’re on spring break, but we’ll all be sort of just tucking ourselves in, go home, have a bath and go to bed.”
However, Nicole – who is presenting at Sunday night’s (15.03.26) ceremony – may stay out and attend one of the after-parties.
She said: “I may go out to a party…I should go out.”
Nicole recently admitted she is keeping her focus on her “family” following her split from Keith.
The pair married in 2006, a year after they first met, and after filing for divorce last September, Nicole spoke out about the situation, admitting that although she wants to keep things private out of respect for her estranged husband, her girls will always be her priority.
Asked if she is OK after splitting from Keith, she told Variety: “I am, I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good. What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward.
“That’s that. Everything else I don’t discuss out of respect.
“I’m staying in a place of, ‘We are a family,’ and that’s what we’ll continue to be. My beautiful girls, my darlings, who are suddenly women.”
