Keri Russell pulled off a surprise win for Lead Actress in a Drama Series at the SAG Awards for The Diplomat. Russell won a Golden Globe for Felicity in 1999, but had not won a televised award since. She was (for reasons that confound OP) shut out during her run on The Americans.
