Cher and Greg Allman‘s son Elijah Blue Allman has been arrested.
The 49-year-old musician was booked into Merrimack County Jail on Friday night (February 27) after he was caught trespassing at an elite prep school in Concord, N.H.

TMZ reports that he was charged with two counts of simple assault and one count each of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and criminal threatening.
Reports say he was “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently” in the dining hall.
Elijah was released on personal recognizance, so he did not have to pay bail, but he will have an arraignment at a later date.
According to the outlet, he has no known connection to the school, so it’s unclear why he was there.
In June of last year, Elijah was hospitalized after an overdose and returned home after less than a week at the medical center.
