The judge clarified that the sum will only be applied to the divorce proceedings, not Aaron‘s criminal defense. He is facing four felony counts – two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat. Aaron is denying the allegations.

The $30,000 will be paid in thirds, with the first $10,000 due at the end of March.

As for the $5,000 a month, the judge broke it down as $2,000 to cover Aaron‘s monthly rent, $1,000 for his car, and $1,000 for food and miscellaneous expenses.

Denise argued that she could not afford to pay Aaron, explaining that she she “could barely pay for [her] attorney” and had been “blowing through everything” she was making while married to Aaron.

She added that she has “nothing” invested and her lawyer Mark Gross, pointed out the “pretty extraordinary” cost of caring for her 14-year-old daughter, Eloise, who has rare chromosomal disorder.

Her lawyer also argued that “victims of abuse shouldn’t be required to support their abuser,” referencing the restraining order. However, Aaron‘s lawyer pointed out that he has yet to be convicted.

Denise recently opened up about how difficult 2025 was for her.
