Brad Reese, grandson of the Reese’s PB Cup inventor, alleges that Hershey has swapped out milk chocolate for cheaper ingredients made from vegetable oils. He also claims Hershey is using peanut butter flavoured creams, as opposed to real peanut butter.
He says he can’t just let this go!
Hershey’s, in response, says they’ve made “recipe adjustments” in order to make Reese’s in new shapes and sizes.
His cousin has a daughter who works for Hershey, and now these statements have caused a family rivalry.

The statements are risking legal action, and Hershey has sent him a cease and desist in the past.
