    Michelle Yeoh is being honored!

    The 64-year-old Oscar-winning actress was presented with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday (February 18) in Los Angeles.

    While tons of famous friends, co-stars, and directors were in attendance, Michelle‘s husband Jean Todt was noticeably missing.

    In her acceptance speech, Michelle revealed why Jean, 79, skipped the ceremony.

    Keep reading to find out more…“Thank you for showing up and for standing beside me,” Michelle said, per People. “For being part of my life in the quiet moments, not just the bright ones. Your presence is everything. To the fans around the world, to my Yeoh family — my brother and [his] beautiful wife surprised me, they came all the way from Malaysia yesterday.”

    “My husband, who is not here, because I gave him permission to go to India, and my Todt family, thank you all for surrounding me with love, for being my safe harbor and for helping me stay true to my own North Star,” she added.

    While Michelle and Jean, who is the former CEO of Ferrari, just got married in 2023, their romance began nearly two decades prior. The pair first met in 2004 and got engaged one month after their first meeting.
