Police were photographed outside of two locations associated with ex Prince, Andrew-Mountbatten-Windsor, amid news of his arrest on Thursday (February 19).
There are photos of police activity outside of the entrance to a location called Wood Farm, which is on the royal family’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, England.
Then, there are also photos of police stationed outside of a location called Royal Lodge, which is where he lived as of 2025 but was allegedly kicked out. Royal Lodge is in Windsor, England.
The 66-year-old UK royal, whose birthday is today, was arrested on Thursday (February 19). He was taken into custody on suspicion of misconduct in public office, with authorities investigating claims that he may have shared information with Jeffrey Epstein while serving as a British trade envoy.
The Thames Valley Police released a statement on their arrest today, without naming the UK royal. He’s still in custody.
The Thames Valley Police said in a statement, via the BBC: “As part of the investigation, we have today (19/2) arrested a man in his sixties from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office and are carrying out searches at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk. The man remains in police custody at this time. We will not be naming the arrested man, as per national guidance. Please also remember that this case is now active so care should be taken with any publication to avoid being in contempt of court.”
The royal family member’s association with Epstein has been referenced in Epstein Files documents. If you don’t recall, back in 2021, Prince Andrew was sued for sexual assault by Virginia Giuffre, where she alleged abuse when she was part of late Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking ring at 17. The suit was settled a year later. He had denied wrongdoing.
Included in the files were very disturbing photos of Andrew.
