Jennifer Lopez dropped a new set of Instagram selfies that stopped fans mid-scroll.
Dressed in a curve-hugging fitness set, J. Lo, 56, snapped a slew of photos during her latest fitness routine, sharing the images via Instagram on Tuesday, February 10.
“Keep it simple…,” she captioned her latest post.
In the new pics, Lopez rocked a deep plum-colored set featuring a long-sleeve Skims x Nike crop top with a dramatic cutout across the chest layered over a sports bra, putting her six-pack abs front and center. She completed her sleek and chic gym look with matching high-waisted pants, white socks and sneakers, gazing into the camera while seated on workout equipment.

The “Let’s Get Loud” hitmaker wore her honey brown hair long and loose, parted down the middle, with soft waves falling past her shoulders. Her subtle highlights in the face-framing pieces made her glowing complexion pop, as she posed for the selfies sporting minimal makeup.
J. Lo also took to her Instagram Stories with her life mantra, reposting a quote which read, “The goal is simple. Better than yesterday. Every. Single. Day.”

During her sold-out opening night, Lopez wowed the crowd in a racy green Celia Kritharioti number featuring an embellished fringe.
Lopez noted that people criticize the way she smiles in photos, and also gripe about her revealing style. She repeated some of the online comments, asking, “Why is she always dressed that way? Why don’t she dress her age? Why’s she always naked?”
She laughed before admitting, “If you had this booty, you’d be naked too!”
Lopez has continued to be a Hollywood style and sex symbol, stealing the show in a naked dress pulled from the Jean Louis Scherrer Haute Couture 2003 collection at the 2026 Golden Globes.

Anthony will appear in the BleauLive Theater at the Fontainebleau. When asked if he reached out to Lopez for advice, the crooner said he was following his own guidance.
“No. I don’t need advice from Jennifer as far as concerts are concerned,” he told The Hollywood Reporter on Monday, February 9. “I’ve seen her residency, as well.”
