Luigi was back in court on Friday with state and federal prosecutors debating who should get first crack at him on the case’s charges.
As he was led out of the court, he shouted to the media: “One plus one is two, common sense tells you this is double jeopardy.”
The definition of double jeopardy: The prosecution of a person twice for the same offense.
His federal trial will start in April, while the state trial starts June 8th.
