– A judge ruled today that Paramount has not identified any “irreparable harm” to itself as a Warner Bros. Discovery shareholder that would justify expedited disclosure “Paramount as a stockholder must suffer cognizable, irreparable harm. It has not identified any,”.
-WB has stated: “We are pleased a Delaware Court agreed with our belief and rejected the notion that this lawsuit needed special treatment and may have other serious flaws. Despite its multiple opportunities, Paramount Skydance continues to propose a transaction that our board unanimously concluded is not superior to the merger agreement with Netflix.”
“CBS Evening News,” now under new anchor Tony Dokoupil, is down 23% in viewership compared with the same period a year ago.

-Dokoupil’s debut was down 20 percent in total viewrs and 27 percent in the advertising demographic.
-The trump coded news show only saw about 4.17 million viewers tune in, compared to the average of 5.4 million viewers they had each day over that period last year.
-CBS News attempted to spin the ratings as a victory pointing out that Dokoupil was “surpassing prior season-to-date averages.”
